(8.9) 2005 Castillo de Jumilla 50/50 Tempranillo / Monastrell

 Jumilla, Spain – $13
4/2007 – wine tasting – A more drinkable wine than the Vega Sindoa; blueberry, cherry, earth, cinnamon, mint. Dry, but really easy to sip – not as bodied as a 100% Tempranillo, the Monastrell really softens it up nicely. 8.9
