Maipo Valley, Chile – $8
4/2007 – Very aromatic grapefruit. Surprisingly fresh splash: ruby red, red apple, maybe a hint of apricot. It’s casually acidic and even slightly tannic. Cantelope and mint finish, to my tongue. Refreshingly complex for the price, and tropical. I like it. A lot. 8.9 for great value!
