8/10/2007 – Nose of citrus rind. This one is not excessively dry; actually it is very distinct. Pear forward, with lime and grapefruit and some sweet cream overtones. A fresh mineral finish really brings it home. Perfect for seafood, I had it with Thai. 8.5
