Western Cape, South Africa – $8

Typically tropical nose, with grass and mineral notes.  Grapefruit, lime rind on the tongue, with an adequately crisp finish and a strong, smooth black licorice aftertaste.  Very similar to the last vintage I had of this one.  Good with a creamy seafood pasta.  8.2
