$16 – Curicó Valley, Chile

Nose is round and vegetable-driven, with wood spices.  Easy drink – needs to warm up.  It is openly jammy, cherry and raspberry, with a little savory spice at the back end!  I think it could have easily waited longer to open.  Good! 8.4
