$30 – Barossa Valley, Australia

Well, I couldn’t stop drinking this wine; it had a soft, juicy texture I think could complement anything!  The nose was very floral, with hints of sage.  The flavor was standout, fresh DARK cherry along with lingering white pepper notes.  The wine was not sweet by any means, but it almost had the character of a nectar.  I would definitely buy this blend again. 9.0
