*Tasted at the Anderlonis/Rediker wedding in Chatham, paired with Steamed Halibut with Fresh Corn Polenta, Truffle Emulsion. Though I have really begun to enjoy an unoaked Charonnay, this was an oaked Chardonnay done very well. The aromas covered a range from apple to tangerine to butter cream. The taste had a slight acidity with hints of citrus and refreshing minerals. Though it’s nowhere near my usual price point, I found it very balanced and would seek it out again. 9.3
