$15 – Missouri

I love Norton done well.  Missouri wine is still touch and go with me, and this is a go!  Great aromas of cedar and mint.  The tastes are distinctly tart and bold – I get red raspberry and white pepper, and some lingering undertones of green olive.  It is tart – but it is still supple.  I think it would be a nice wine for sharp cheeses.  And it was a gift.  Can’t pass up free!  8.5
